We are now expected to receive a large sectional, two beds, and three barstools, to which he is now refusing to accept.W30CV-D, virtual and UHF digital channel 30, branded on-air as WHHI-TV, is a low-powered, Class A independent television station licensed to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. C***** arrived at the showroom, we were not aware of this delay in anything other than two guest beds that had been ordered previously in June. We thought that the items we had held for up to a month was the items that he would be receiving. This takes time to discover his taste, budget, and then email details. C***** was not here in the showroom, thus all items had to be researched and emailed to him for approval. We always try to accommodate the client’s needs with both stock and special orders. We did immediately on the following Monday 8/10/20, pickup all items from his home. Although we attempted to explain our dilemma, he was very rude, and refused to listen from this point forward and instructed us to pick up everything from his home that we had loaned to him in good faith. Please understand that this notification came 26 days after the items had been placed, thus production of the items had already begun. We told him all orders had been placed and we were not able to cancel them due to production. We obviously were unable to deliver the items he wanted immediately and thus he said to cancel everything. C***** called us late afternoon on Friday Augto inform us that he had found a sectional and outdoor furniture which could be delivered the next day. We ordered all items that day and with most special orders, we pay the vendors immediately to get the orders processed quickly. C***** came into the Timeless Interiors showroom for the first time and placed a 60% deposit on the items to be ordered and signed the invoice stating the fee was to get all special orders placed. We were strikingly clear that we would be special ordering items which typically takes 6-10 weeks. We also loaned him outdoor items, and chairs for his living room. We loaned him two beds and a chair for his living room to satisfy his request that his son was coming into town. He also decided that he no longer wanted the outdoor selections we were discussing. C***** decided he did not want the sectional on order nor the one we had held for a month. We ordered the new sectional immediately, that same day, with his approval. C***** changed his mind and decided to order a sectional instead of the one that we had held in his name and agreed upon previously. However, upon payment and day of installation, Mr. C***** originally selected for his move in date was held for over a month along with multiple other items we had sent him photos and all details of this item. C*****'s request, we did have multiple stock options available. While we agree that many items were special ordered, per Mr. Due to COVID-19, we have been short staffed., and we had to email and research while also assist other clients walking into the showroom floor, which did slow down the typical process. ![]() We worked with him daily on selections and ideas through email correspondence. C***** initially contacted Timeless Interiors in June 2020 to assist him in furnishing his new home. ![]()
